Our Procedures

Dr. Kotzen has more than 30 years of experience with laser technologies in his West Palm Beach medical practice. In 2007, he expanded his cosmetic gynecology practice to include Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation and Vaginoplasty.

Dr. Kotzen trained directly with Dr. 90210 reality show star David Matlock, M.D., prior to founding the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of Palm Beach. Below are Dr. Kotzen's signature vaginal procedures:

Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation® (LVR®)
Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation® (LVR®) will effectively enhance the vaginal muscle tone, strength and control. It will effectively decrease the internal and external vaginal diameters as well as build up and strengthen the perineal body (the area immediately outside the vagina and above the anus). Sexual gratification for the female is directly related to the amount of frictional forces generated. We can accomplish this with LVR®.

G-Spot Amplification™ (The G-Shot®)
The G-Shot® is an office-based procedure that augments the G-Spot resulting in enhanced sexual arousal and sexual gratification for 87% of normal sexually functioning women. This is a “lunch time” procedure which takes less than 15 minutes.

 Designer Laser Vaginoplasty
DLV restores a more natural and appealing look to the vagina. Using state-of-the-art laser surgery technology, we reshape the vaginal opening by reducing the size of the labia minora (inner lips), increasing the puffiness of the labia majora (outer lips), removing excess skin and repairing any trauma caused by childbirth.

Combination of Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation®  and Designer Laser Vaginoplasty®
Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation® can be performed in combination with any of the Designer Laser Vaginoplasty® procedures. The Designer Laser Vaginoplasty® procedures category (below) can be combined in various combinations.

Designer Laser Vaginoplasty® categories:

  • Laser Reduction Labioplasty of the labia minora
  • Laser Reduction Labioplasty of the labia minora with reduction of excess prepuce (skin around the sides of the clitoris)
  • Aesthetic Reconstruction and Enhancement of the Vulvar structures damaged by childbirth, trauma, aging, and certain deformities
  • Laser Perineoplasty for the aesthetic rejuvenation of the aging (sagging) vulvar structures and introitus
  • Laser Reduction of the labia majora via extension of the Laser Perineoplasty
  • Aesthetic Augmentation Labioplasty of the (underdeveloped, or aging) labia majora via autologous fat transplantation
  • Liposculpturing for the aesthetic reduction of the prominent or protruding mons pubis and labia majora
  • Laser Hymenoplasty for restoration of the hymen

Dr. Matlock is the pioneer of the trademarked procedures Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation® (LVR®) for the enhancement of sexual gratification, Designer Laser Vaginoplasty® (DLV®) for the aesthetic enhancement of the vulvar structures, and the G-Shot® or G-Spot Amplification®.
